APPROVAL OF AGENDA MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried (5-0). 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. October 11, 2021, Regular City Council B. October 18, 2021, City Council Work Session Councilmember Holmes had one minor change to the October 18, 2021 City Council Work Session minutes and indicated she provided the changes to the City Clerk. MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to approve the October 11, 2021, Regular City Council meeting minutes as presented; and the October 18, 2021, City Council Work Session meeting minutes as amended. A roll can vote was taken. The motion carried (5-0). 4. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS None. 5. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilmember Scott congratulated the newly appointed Accounting Clerk Katlyn Adair. Councilmember Scott stated that Thursday is Veterans Day and he thanked all those that have served. Councilmember Scott commented that he served as an election judge and while this year was a school board election only, nearly 500 voters turned out to vote, which he found to be very impressive. He thanked the community for supporting their schools. ADJOURN MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to adjourn. A roll call vote was taken.
