RESOLUTION NO.2021-076
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2022 BUDGET
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has met
a number of times for the purpose of discussing the 2022 budget; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a public
hearing to adopt a budget; and
WHEREAS,The City Council held a Truth-in-Taxation public hearing on December 13, 2021,to
discuss the 2022 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota,that the attached 2022 budget be adopted and approved:
