ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the Special City
Council meeting at 7:24 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden (attending via
Zoom), Fran Holmes, and Steve Scott
Absent: None
Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault, Public Works Director/City Engineer
David Swearingen, City Planner Jessica Jagoe, Deputy City Clerk Jolene Trauba
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Scott seconded a motion
to approve the meeting agenda. A roll call vote was taken. The motion carried
(4-0).
2. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. Resolution 2021-077 Approving MOU Between State of Minnesota and Local
Governments and Authorizing Participation in National Opioids Settlements
B. Resolution 2021-078 Regarding Support of Job Creation Fund Application with
Project 1492
MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to
approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize execution of all
necessary documents contained therein. A roll call vote was taken. The motion
carried (4-0).
