RESOLUTION NO. 2022-002
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NO PARKING AREAS WITHIN THE SNELLING
AVENUE NORTH IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (CITY PROJECT PW-20-0100)
WHEREAS,Pursuant to Resolution 2021-025, adopted on April 26, 2021, the City's
consultant Bolton&Menk has prepared plans and specifications for the Snelling Avenue North
Improvements Project(PW-20-0100); and,
WHEREAS,The Snelling Avenue North Improvements Project is proposed to be funded by
Special Assessments, Municipal State Aid, Sewer Fund, Water Fund, Surface Water Fund and PIR
Fund; and,
WHEREAS, In order to utilize Municipal State Aid funding, the State Aid Office requires a
resolution authorizing No Parking areas within the project limits in areas as noted in the related memo;
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the plans and supports the recommended No Parking
within the Snelling Avenue North Improvements Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS,MINNESOTA:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes No Parking signage to be placed in the specified
locations on Snelling Avenue North from MN-51 to County Road E.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS LOTH
DAY OF JANUARY, 2022.
