RESOLUTION 2022-025
RESOLUTION VACATING STORM WATER DRAINAGE
AND PONDING AREA EASEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 412.851, the Arden Hills City Council has
conducted a hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published and posted notice and mailed notice to
the abutting property owners, to consider the vacation of a storm water drainage and ponding area
easement located in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and depicted on Exhibit `B" attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, following the hearing and consideration of the proposed vacation, the
Council has determined that the storm water drainage and ponding area easement are not needed
for public purposes.
Hills:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
The storm water drainage and ponding area easement legally described on the
attached Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit `B" is hereby vacated.
2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the County
Auditor and County Recorder/Registrar of Titles.
ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2022, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS
NOTICE is hereby given that, following a duly -held public hearing conducted by the City
of Arden Hills, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills passed Resolution No. 2022-025 entitled
"RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN PUBLIC STORM WATER DRAINAGE AND
PONDING AREA EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, RAMSEY
COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA" vacating a public drainage easement.
Said vacated property is legally described on attached Exhibit "A" and depicted on the
attached Exhibit `B".
This NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS is drafted for
presentment to the County Auditor and to the County Recorder of Ramsey County, Minnesota, for
filing in compliance with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes Section 412.851.
This NOTICE is executed this 25t' day of April, 2022, on behalf of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota.
