SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-004
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,
ZONING CODE, SECTION 1320 AND SECTION 1325
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on June 27, 2022, Ordinance No. 2022-004 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2022-004, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council amends
the B-2 General Business District, B-3 Service Business District, B-4 Retail Center District, and
Additional Minimum Requirements for Drive-In Business, Drive-up Windows, Fast Food
Restaurants and Automobile Service Stations to remove the current restriction that restaurants of
fast food establishments with drive-up windows can't be located within 1,320 feet of another
establishment with a drive-up window, and allows the City Council to add conditions for approval
of uses with drive-up windows and drive lanes.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the
City's regular office hours or on the City's website.
