Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Grant called to order the Special City
Council Executive Session (Closed) at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden (arrived at 4:08 pm),
Fran Holmes, Steve Scott and David Radziej
Absent: None
Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; City Planner Jessica Jagoe; and Real
Estate Agent John Peck, ReMax Results
