The 25 acres of arsenal land is still awaiting release by the Department of Defense (DOD) to the General Services Administration for disposal. My office is making inquiries as to the possibility of speeding up the release of the arsenal land. Evidently the release of all surplus DOD land is being held up in a policy dispute over how the various ,properties will be disposed.
