The meeting was called to 01-der at 8 .-05 p.m . by Actlig Chairman

It was moved by T. Ctirtis , veconded b,', B. Sc,01otthauer , that the
minutes of September 13 , 1.9-77 be approved with the fallowing
correction : Under "Park Dedication - flendri,,Ason Property" add
to motior "and that One amount du= be deter-mined as 10% of the
total area less Outlot A and required drainage allatinent' -
Motioa carried unanimously .

Council Ramos t
Councilman Cricht-or. reported that the dedicatio-a on the Hendrick-
son property bad been approved by Council- as recommended by
Committee , and will be paid half with the first lot , and half with
the second lot . Agreement has been reached with the developers
o' Kurth Lake Estates at $29 , 500 , with $500 to bia paid with each
building permit issues , z'Y'd final payment due . august 1 , 1979 .

R, Curtis reported lile J-IaG now completed collection of monies

Hunters ' Park , and Lhese will be given to the Village by the end
of the week.
Bike Trails and Pedectrian Trails
J . Buckley recommended that two University students be asked to

and the Arden Trail , recommending landSCap4ng and rest areas .
Councilman Crichton questioned the reed For outside consultants

is in landscaping along the trail. Fundg are available in the
1977 budget to finance thia , aiid it- will be completed by the end
of the fall quarter as pert of course requirements for the students .

tion Committee and council explaining cost and list of study
• content for approval. Cummq.ttee concurred in this request .
