The reaprosentatives explained that the club has adopted the Village Parks as a club: projects, and - he club has contributed ovor $300 .00 over the past three years for park improvement . Last year's contribcition provided the materials for a sign at Hazelnut Park. • Arden Hills Pemtom North Home Association Presentation Spokespersons Jim Kawczynski and Charlotte S-tank stated that resi - dents in the P(..mtom North Home Association are very concerned about the possible future rezoning of the 5 .8 acres Grudnoske property adjacent to they Village Hall on Highway 96 . Thoy feel that any dove lcpment other than R-i res i desnt i a 0 on that property would be a detraction from their present 1 i far sty I e . They raaacaested that the Village consider pur^chap: i rag that property for a neighborhood park. Councilman Crichton and Parks Director Buckley briefly explained to the delegation that the V l C I age does have a Com3rehens i ve Park Plan .
