Highway 96 St. Paul , Minn. 55112 Dear Mr, Buckley: The Arthur H. Jurgenson Estate offers for sale four lots on Tiller Lane and Dellwood Avenue. These lots are adjacent to the 5 .11 acres of land (Hunter' s Park, Outlot I) that the Village of Arden Hills owns and have reserved for a park. These four lots have a pond of water and trees which would make a beautiful addition to the park. The legal description is : Josephine Hills Plat #2 . Lots 11, 12 , 13, and 14, Block 5 . The estimated market value of these lots as listed on the 1976 . Real Estate Tax statement are as follows : Lot 11 $13,254.00 Lot 12 1 ,876.00 Lot 13 1 ,876.00 Lot 14 11 ,004.00 Total $28,010.00 Taxes and assessments for 1975 and 1976 are $2,134.70.
