Roll Cali Present : R. Anderson , R. Cadwell , M., Cronin , C. Grudnoske , R. O' Toole Absent: G. Beggin , M. Biomquist, G. McCauley , D. Noyed Also present : Parks Director J . Buckley, Councilmen C. Crichton , Carl Elmquist Approval of Minutes The minutes of February 26, 1976 were approved as mailed . Council Report Councilman Crichton reported the Council had : - approved instructors for Spring programs. - Approved the naming or the new "Hazelnut Park" . - Approved Phase I of the proposed Bike and Walkways System . In Arden Hills . Old Business - Review Site P;Bans for Flo1•al and Hazelnut Park Revised site plans incorporating the suggestions made at the neighborhood maetings were presented by J . Buckley. A motion was mada by R. O' Toole, seconded by M. Cronin , that J . Buckley prepare another site plan incorporating suggestions made by the Parks and Recreation Committee, and that they be included in the April issue of the Torn Crier. Residents in the two neighborhoods affected will be invited to the May 11 Parks and Recreation Committee regular meeting at which time plans will be finalized . - Community Education Funding for _.Improvement of Baseball L i z rs�o n d s ~. __ �.. J . Buckley reported that $2 ,000 is available from the Com- munity Education funds of District 621 . The monies will be applied to ball fields with labor supplied by Arden Hills Parks Departr.ie nt-. C.
