Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 3 : 10 p .m. by Chairman
Anderson .

Present : Chairman Anderson , G. Beggin , M. Blomquist, R. Cadwell ,
M. Cronin , C. Grudnoske, G. McCauley and 0. Noyed
Absent : R. O' Toole
Also Present: Parks Director J . Buckley , Councilman Crichton
F�proval of Minutes
It was moved by C. Grudnoske that the minutes of the November
18, 1975 meeting be approved with the word "camouflage" in Lift
Station Camouflage be changed to "beautification" . Motion
seconded by G. Beggin , unanimously approved .
Oath of OfYce to C ymittee
• The oaths of office were administered to the committee by
Councilman Crichton .
Council Repor-t
Councilman Crichton presented expenditure information by the
Parks and Recreation Department thus far, and commended
j . Buckleyls administration of these funds .
Planning Commission tje!por'�
..here was no report from the Planning Commission .
Report on 5 Year Site 11provemant-Ply
M. Blomquist presented this report to the committee. J . Buckley
will inciuda in next month ' s agenda a list of developments
desired on the five parks, Valentine, Perry , Freeway , Ingerson
and Sampson . These park sites have development plans that have
been approved by the Parks and Recreation Committee and re-
viewed by the Council .

'A. Review T;'CH Proposed
J . Buckley presented snaps showing current plans for the
TCCH developnent and park dedication land . The. written
description and committee recommendations to the Council
Bra in the I'Aarch 4, 1975 park minutes and reaffirmed in
the October 21 , 1975 minutes.
J . Buckley preseited a map showing the location of two
parcels of land for sale north of Cummings Lane, and bor-
dering Highway 51 . Micist of the area is low and wet.
Only access to ti)e property is an easement off Cummings
Lane running parallel to Highway I . No action was
taken.

1.3 Report on Winter Ska r n
J . Buckley reported thaT the rinks were opened December
19th . Using the tank truck for flooding has been very
successful , and the rinks are all in excellent condition .
Name for C. G. Rein Property
There will be a notice in the Town Crier again asking for
• suggestions for names for this property , and J . Buckley
will contact Lal-le Johanna Grade School for suggestions
also.
New Business
G. McCauley stated jr.t,at he had met with the League of Women
Voters on bike and walking -i-rails, and has met also with the
County Engineer about a trail )'roni Johanna Bezch to Lincley ' s
Corner. He will gather more information from the County
Commissioner and Hal Norgaard , and then go beck to the League
of Women Voters . Hopefully The trails can be begun this
Spring . He recommended marking be done on the pavement.

It was moved by G. Beggin , seconded by M. Blomquist, that the
meeting be adjourned at 9 : 35 p .m.
