Village of Arden Hills Village Hall Call -o Order The meting was called to order at 8 : 15 P .M . by Chairman Ande,--son . Roll Call Present: Ohalr�nan Anderson , G . Seggin, M . Bloriquist, K. Boss, R. Cad yell , M . Cronin, M . Erickson , C . Grudnoske, P . Lindquist, N . McIntosh, and J . McTavish Absent: G. McCauley Also Present: Parks Directcl,r J . Garage gave a resume .-)f their backgrounds and displayed for the Committee several samples of landscape studies they have done as studonts at the University . They 1-hen explained in detall what type of study they would do for the Arden Hills Parks and Recreal"lon Department at the Flor 'ii Perk site and the Hazel Nut Patch site . J . Sagan considering the Round Lake proposai , Regal­ding the County system of bike trails , they felt that our -irails should be a link in t1he systain but should not be limited by this. Anderson suggested tha Committee form a sub-cocain ittee to supple- meit the 5 year Acquisition Committee report to cover six years . M . Fr; c!-.son and R . Anderson will form this sub-committee . Lindquist made a inatice that a sub-committee be formed to do this. The motion was seconded by M . E-r1ckson and carried . J . McTavish , M . Blomquist, M . Mcintosn reported that the School Board has decided to o1cfer instructional and recreational swimming at Johanna Jun. ior High Pool , and extendod the Committee 's thanks to the C.ouncil for their support in accomplishing this. nt4g Business Yonnis Court Rules M . Buckley Is going to handle this. , i-k Development Cojies of the 1975 Propose d Park Devatopment budget were distributed . The Committee agreed that first priority should bps given tc Perry Park , with the second being a climbing structura and sand box, at Freeway Park . The next priority woi old be a hard surface z,,i- Freeway and picnic tables . Next priority would be a cargo net . P . Lindquist moved that Committee ---sk ii-he Councii 1'o approve thy) revised Freeway Pa-rk plan . Vt . Bioniquist seconded, • un:3nImously approved . The Freeway piafi has bean amended to not include parking . Mt . Eri ---ksor, made a -notion that John Buckley bring to tho i-ouncit the recommended plan for lower Perry Park for their a f),p r o va I . M . Blornquist seconded , and it was approved, with R.
