As I'm sure you know, the Council relies heavily upon its committees to .lend background information, research, and offer advice in reaching many of its decisions; your willing- ness to devote your time to the Parks and Recreation Committee is appreciated. Personally, as a new member of the Arden Hills' staff, I'm looking forward to meeting you sometime during the year. It's a pleasure being involved with a village with such cooperative and delightful people. A list of Parks and Recreation Committee members is included. Si 7 Patricia J.
