Minutes of RegU i ar Meeting
Tuesday - Sep-;-ember� 16, 1969
Present: Boss, Cadwell , LaNasa and Spratt
Absent: Engle, Fish , Kuehr., Mclntosh and Lindbom
Also Present: Council Liaison Bjorndah1 , the Civic Center Com-
mi 'ftee, Dr. Woodburn , Councilman Henderson and Mr.
Brodie
The Civic Center Committee met with the Parks and Recreation
Committee September- 16, 1969 . Presentations were made by two
firms on the Civic Center Project . A motion was made by Dr .
Woodburn to recommend -the "Progressive Design Associates" to
the Village Council for approval . The motion was seconded and
carried . "Progressive Design Associates" representatives , Mr.
Rafferty and Mr. Van Hansen quoted a fee of $20 .00 an hour for
their firm's service .
Parks and Recreation Committee members received Mr. Jacobson ' s
Ingerson Park concept map .
A request for a Boy Scout service project was made. it was sug-
gested that he place Pedestrian Trail maps in display cases to
be placed along the trail .
• The next meeting will be November 18, 1969 at the home of Ramona
Lindbom, 4008 N . Fairview Avenue, 633-2620 , at 8:00 p .m.

A special meeting was held Saturday , 0P-tober 18, 1969 . Members
present were 3oss , Cadwell , Kuehn , LaNasa, Lindbom and Spra-l-t.
Five pieces of tax for-feited property were visited . all members
present felt it advisable -to recommend these logs -to be held as
possible future park sites .
