SUBJECT: Park Dedication Funds
PAST POLICY
1. Park dedication must be satisfied before building occupancy is
permitted.
2. Land was required when acreage was needed for a park site.
3. With the exception of Round Lake, all park sites have been acquired,
therefore, cash dedications have been secured.
4. Park liaison has been responsible for park dedication negotiations.
