SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-001
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2,
SECTION 220, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE REGARDING
REGULATIONS FOR BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on February 13, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-001 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2023-001, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Ordinance No. 2023-001 changes the City Code
provisions that authorize the Mayor to make appointments subject to approval of the City Council
to have all appointments made by the City Council.
A printed copy of the whole Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the
City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN
55112. The Ordinance is also available on the City's website at http://www.cityofardenhills.com.
