On the 8th day of September, 2003, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 345, and by four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. 9412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a summary of the Ordinance be published. Arden Hills Ordinance No 345 is entitled "An Ordinance Adding Section IV. E. and Subdivisions One through Five to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Arden Hills Relating to the Re-Zoning of Property" and will become effective the day following publication of this Ordinance Summary. The Ordinance rezones certain property generally located south of County Road E-2, west of New Brighton Road, east of Cleveland Avenue, and north of the Cottage Villas development; from the Single and Two Family Residential District to the Neighborhood Business District. A copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112. AND SUBDIVISIONS 4El THROUGH 4ES ARE HEREBY ADDED TO ZONING ORDINANCE #291 OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS TO READ AS FOLLOWS; Section IV. E. Re-Zoning The official map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the described properties have re-zoned as follows; Deseribed Properties. The following properties are generally located south of County Road E-2, west of New Brighton Road, east of Cleveland Avenue, and north of the Cottage Villas Development, and are also described by the following legal descriptions: I. The south seventy-five (75) feet of Lot eight (8), Rohleder's Home and Garden Acres, Ramsey County, Mimlesota, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east five-hundred (500) feet thereof subject to roads and easements of record, is rezoned from an R-2 zone (Single and Two Family Residential District) to a NB zone (Neighborhood Business District) pursuant to Ordinanee #345. 2.
