AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13,
ZONING CODE, SECTION 1380,
SUBSECTIONS 5.1 AND 5.2
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on June 26, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-006 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2023-006, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council adds the
following:
• Commercial land uses in the TRC Zoning District Land Use Table as permitted or
accessory uses in the Campus Commercial Zoning District to Subsection 5.1;
• Campus Commercial to Additional Use Criteria Table in Subsection 5.2.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the
City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN
55112. The Ordinance is also available on the City's website at http://www.cityofardenhills.com.
