CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2,
SECTION 220, SUBSECTIONS 220.04 AND 220.05 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY
CODE REGARDING REGULATIONS FOR BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND
COMMISSIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on July 10, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-007 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2023-007, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council adds the
following:
• One additional Youth Commissioner to both the Economic Development Commission
(EDC) and Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee(PTRC);
• The Youth Commissioners will serve one year terms,and be a Sophomore,Junior or Senior
enrolled in a high-school or PSEO program in a school district that serves Arden Hills or
be a resident enrolled in a school outside of the City's typical school districts.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the
City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN
55112. The Ordinance is also available on the City's website at http://www.cityofardenhills.com.
