RESOLUTION CLARIFYING FINAL SUMS OF MONEY
TO BE LEVIED FOR LEVY YEAR 2000
PAYABLE IN 2001
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
That the following final sums of money be levied for the levy year 2000, payable in 2001
upon taxable property in said City of Arden Hills for the following purposes:

RESOLUTION NO. 00-45
The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies the following:
The foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of official, publicly
available record in the office of the City. Said resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council at a regular meeting ofthe Council held on December I L 2000 . Said
meeting was duly called, regularly held, open to the public, and held at the place at which
meetings of the Council are regularly held. Councilmember Aolikowski moved the
adoption ofthe resolution, which motion was seconded by Councilmember Larson
whereupon majority vote, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
