RESOLVED by the Council of tho VIllage of
Effect;~e January I, 1973, the followIng activIty wIll require
a perm!t:

RenderIng plants
Permit ApplIcatIon
ApplicatIon for II permit shall be made to the Clerk AdmInIstra-
tor. Suc~ applIcation shall state th~ full name and address of
the applicant, a dGscrlptlon of the activity of the rendering
plant for whIch the permit Is requested, the location of the
rendering plant and such ether Information as the Clerk Adminis-
trator may require for the purpose~
The permIt fee shall accompany the permIt application.
$100.00
PermIt applicatIons shall be approved by the Village Council.
The Council may Impose such regulations wIth the permit as It
deems necessary.
The CouncIl may at any time cancel such permit Issued If a
pressing public Interest exists.
