RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS AND
A PERMIT FEE FOR THE SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES
IN THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, It Is the Intention of the Councl I to regulate
certain activities which are carried on for a limited time
period, or are of a temporary nature, by permit Instead of
by license;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Councl I of the
Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis as follows:

Effective November 13, 1972, the following activity
wi II requi re a permit:
Christmas Tree Sales
Permit Fee
Christmas Tree Sales
$15.00
Permit Application
Application for a permit shall be made to the Clerk
Administrator. Such application shall state the full
name and address of the applicant, a description of
the activity for which the permit is requested, the
proposed location of the activity, the date or dates
for such activity and such other Information as the
Clerk Administrator may require for the purpose.
The permit fee shal I accompany the permit application.
Permit applications shall be approved by the VI I lage
Council. The Counci I may impose such regulations
with the permit as it deems necessary.
The Counci I may at any time cance I any such permtt
Issued if a pressing public Interest exists.
Passed by the Arden Hills Village Council this 13 day of
November, 1972.
