Pureuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in tbe Village Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, t.he

The follOWing members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Olmen, Henderson, Hollenborst and Herrick
and t.he following were absent.: None

RESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED WATER
IMPROVBMBNTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3
BE IT RESOLVED 'by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, t.he assessment. roll for Consolidated Wat.er Improvements
Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and
_. certified to the count.y Auditor of Ramsey County, on october 28, 1970
for t.he purpose of including insta11lllents thereof to be collected
along wit.h real estate taxes cOmmencing in 1971, and

. WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments
in respect to Consol1dated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 was
held on NOvember 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, assessments for
Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 were amended as
provided by said resolut.ion of said date, to be certified and filed
in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on December
10, 1970, and
WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey Count.y requires t.hat
apportiOlUllent of the original assessment against each original t.ract
Where it has later been diVided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the
pt:operassessmen~.can.be .exteaded by the county Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the year 1971 and thereaft.er.
NOW, THBRBFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28,
1970 and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the following

The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills,
is hereby authorized t.o prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and t.o certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
