Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Arden H11ls
Ramsey County. Minnesota
Pur auant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden 81lls. Minnesota.
was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday. the
14th day of August. 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Olman, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick1 and the

Councilman Olmen introduced and moved the adoption of the
following resolution:
Resolution No. 72-49
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A PORTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT NO 72-3
UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES,
CHAPTER 429
BE IT P.ESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutes 1961, Chapter 429. as amended, the Council held a public
hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction
of Street Improvement No. 72-3. consisting of the installation of
bituminous surfacing. concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and
necessary appurtenances on James Circle, Norma Circle. and Gale
Circle, and also the installation of bituminous re-surfacing, con-
crete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances on
Floral Drive as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently
estimated to be approxtm8tely $66,800.00, and substantially in
accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the
feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the
Village Clerk Administrator, and haVing considered the views of all
interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the
