Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey county,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway,
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the

1972 at 8:00 o'c1cck p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Olmen, Henderson, Hollenhorst and Herrick
and the following were absent:
None

RESOLUTION RELATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING
TO CONSOLIDATED WATER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
HillS, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for consolidated Water Improvements
Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on Oct.ober 28, 1970
for t.he purpose of including insta1lment.s thereof to be collect.ed
along wit.h real est.at.e taxes commencing in 19711 and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments
in respect to Consolidated water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 was
held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, 1970, assessments for
Consolidated water Improvements NOs. 68-2 and 68-3 were amended as
provided by said resolution of said date, to be certified and filed
in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on December
10, 1970~ and
WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner~ and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey county requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected in the YlOlar 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28,
1970 and as amended as of November 10, 1970, agiinst the followinq

is hereby authorized to prepare a cert.ified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey county,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the f~regoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman
Herrick

being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the follOWing voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

corrections an only to put the proper amount of footage and the resulting

property. Please forward a copy of Illy letter, with the resolutions to the
Village of Arden HUla which can in turn be forwarded, by the Village to
Mrs. Dorothy Brandl at the Ramsey County AUditor's Office.
