RESOLUTION NO. 72-47
Extract of I'linutes of F4eeting of the
Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Uinnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the
14
day of August,
1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Counci Imen
Olmen, Hollenllorst, Henderson and Herrick
and the following were absent: None
Counci I man Henderson
introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Ndnnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 71-1 as
last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified to
the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9, 1971 for the
p"rpose of including installments thereof to be collected al,.",(, --J th
real estate taxes conunencing in 1972: and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
~ contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners7 and
WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey county requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to
be collected in the year 1972 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of November 8, 1971
against the following described properties:
Original Assessment: A) Lot 2, Block 1, Sec. 22,
T30, R23 $820.24
Division No. 045249
B) Lot 3, Block 1, Sec. 22,
T30, R23 0.00
Apportionment:
1) Indian oakes

and to certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey Co~nty,
Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Herrick . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
,Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minne-

and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of said Village
Council, held on the

original thereof on file in my Office, and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom, insofar as the same
relates to apportionment of assessments.
