Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the

1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick
and the following were absent:
None
Councilman

introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. l4
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Bills, Minnesota, as follows:
liBEREAS, the assessment roll for sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. l4, as last finally adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed
and certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6,
I... 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971, and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and
~nmREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
28, 1970 against the following described properties:
