county of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of tee Village of Arden Hills, RaIllsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,
St. Paul, Minnesota, on Mond~y, the

8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present:
Hollenhorst and Henderson
Mayor Crepeau, Council men
and Councilmen HerrlckandOlmen
the following were absent:
Councilman Henderson
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SAlUTARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 9
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 9 as last finally adopted on october 6, 1969 was filed and
certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey County on November 5,
1969 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property

contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners, and
WHEREAS1 the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be
collected in the year 1970 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 6, 1969,
against the following described property:

The Clerk Administrator of the village of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey county, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Gounci Iman Hollenhorst, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting 't
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arder Hills of Ramsey
county, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of said village council held on the 31 day
of July, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom,
insofar as the same relates to apportionment of assessments.
