of the Vill~ge Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
state of H1nnesota
PursUant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village Of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at l450 Wast Highway 96,
st. Paul, Minnesota, on M:lnday, the
31 day of July, 1972, at 8:00
o'clock P.N.
The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Hollenhorst and Henderson
and the following were absent: CouncilmenOlmen and Herrick
Counci tman Henderson

OF ASSESS~mNTS RETATINu TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 70-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, ~dnnesota, as follows:
~1HEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 70-l as
last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified
to the County Auditor ot Ramsey County on December 9, 1971, for the
purpose of including installmentR ;i;:hereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes comn~ncing in 19727 and
WHEREAS, since that date a nurdber of parcels of property con-
tained within said assessment roll. have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners 7 ar.d

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, cOllllllencing with an aSsessment to be
collected in the year 1972 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Bills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of November 8, 1971,
against the following described property:

'!'he Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Bills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, M1nnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hollenhorst . and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
