Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State Of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, RamSey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 ltitlst Highway
96, St. PaUl, Minnesota, on Monday, the
at 8:00 o'clock P.N.
31 day of July, 1912,
The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Hoiienhorstand Henderson
and the following were absent:
Councilman Henderson
Counci imenOlmen and Herrick
introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIOlilI.lENT
OF ASSESSl'JENTS RELATING TO SANITARY
SEWER Il'WROVE~~~ NO. 16
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
lmEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 16 as last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9,
1971, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1972, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property con-
tained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners: and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor oJ: Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divined, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be
collected in the year 1972 and thereafter.
NOt1, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of November 8, 1971,
against the following
