Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
county of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,
Saint paul, Minnesota, on MondflY, the 31
clay of July,
1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Counci Imen
Henderson and Hollenhorst
and the following were absent: Counci ImenOlmen and HerrIck
Council~an Henderson
introduced the following
resolution

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 71-1 as
last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified to
the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9, 1971 for the
purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes commencing in 19727 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners7 and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessmel<t agaiLst each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills ill order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to
be collected in the year 1972 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Coullcil of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of November 8, 1971
against the following described propert~es;

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councl'lman Hollenhorst

taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: All present

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
