Extract of Minnutes cf Meeting
of the Villog~ Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of .Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey
County, I'.ii.nnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450
west HighNay 96. St. Palll. Ninnesota. on r-bnday, the 31 day
mo::: ~Iy , 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
'!he following members were present: Mallor Crepeau, Counci I men
Henderson and Hollenhorst
and the following were absent:
Counci ImenOlmenand Herrick
Counci Iman Henderson
introduced the following resolution
and moved its
adoption:

OF ASSESS~mNTS RELATXNG TO
SANITARY SEliiER II'IPROVEI'IENT NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, ~.ii.nnesota, as follows:
\ilHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
NO. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961,
was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County
on November 17, 1961, for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing
in 1962; and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments
and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 3 was held on July l6. 1962, at which time
assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 were amended as
provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed
in t.he office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 3,
1962; and
\irnEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
~0ntained within said assessment roll as amended, have been
divided and conveyed by previous property ownersr and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village 0:1: llrden Hills. in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each p3rcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafterr
NOtti, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained :l.n said assessment roll of Oct"usr 12,
1961, and as amended as of July 16, 1962, against the following

~le motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council man Ho II enhorst . aA"ld upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: A lip resent

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
