of the Village COuncil of the Village of Arden H1lls, Ramsey
county, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village HaLl at 1450 West
Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on l<bnday, the -2.L day of Julv, .
1972, at 8:00 0' clock p.m.
The following members were present: Bayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Henderson and Hollanhorst
and the followin9 were absent:Councllmen Olmen and Herrick
Councilman Henderson
introduced the following

and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION Rr.IJ.TING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSNEtl'J:S RELATING 'l'O
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE1>lENT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village COuncil of the Village of
Arden H1l1s, i-l1nnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessmert: roll for Sanitary Sewer Dllprovemem:
NO.1, as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960,
was filed and cert1fled to the County Auditor of Ramsey county
on uctober 26, 1960, for the pur~ose of inoluding installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing
in 1961, and

t1HERBAS, a hearinq on supplemental assessments, reassessments
and apportionments of previous assessments in respect to SaDitary
Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on August 3, 1961, at Which
t1me assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended
as provided by said resolution of said date and cert1fie<l and filed
in the office of the CoUnty Auditor of Ramsey county on Septelllber e,
1961: and
. NHEREAS, sincEl that date a number of parcels of property
contained witbin said assessment roll as amended have been 41"lded
and conveyed by pre"ious property owners, and
WHEREAS, t:he County Auditor of RamseY County requires that
apportionment of the origwl assessment against each original tract
Where it bas later been d1"ided, sold or conveyed, he made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, Clommencinq with an assessment:
to be collected 1n the year 1963 and thereafter,
NOW, 'l'HERBII'ORE. tbe Village Council of the Vi11a<Je of Arden
Hills does hereby l118ke the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment: roll of September 9,
1960, and as amended as of August 3, 1961, aqainst tbe following
described properties;

The Clerk .Mm1nistrator 9f the Village of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of RamSey COunty,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman HoIIAnhn...,,+ and, upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolJution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills of Ramsey
Count.y, Hinnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of said village council held on the -21- day
of J u I v . 1972 with the original thereof on file in my
office, and the same is a full. true and complete transcript
therefrom, insofar as the same relates to apportionment of
assessments.
