Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 31st
day of July, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p. m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen HOllenhorst and Henderson
and the following were absent: Councilmen Olmen and Herrick.
Councilman Hollenhorst introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 72-34
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON A
PORTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
NO. 72-3
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council
on July 10, 1972, Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson & Associates
has prepared plans and specifications for a portion of Street
Improvement No. 72-3 and has presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for approval.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN
HILLS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached
hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause
to be inserted in the NeW. Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and
in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the
making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
for a portion of Street Improvement No. 72-3 shall be published
as required by law, Shall specify the work to be done, shall call
for bids upon the basis of a cash p;;lyment for such work, shall state
that the bids will be opened and considered by the Village Clerk
Administrator and Village Consulting Engineer at 11:00 o'clock
a. m. on August 14, 1972, in the Village Ball, that no bids will
be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator
and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond
payable to the Clerk Administrator for ten per cent (10%) of the
amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Henderson and, upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All
and the following against: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of
said Village Council held on the 31st day of July, 1972, at 8:00
o'clock p.m., with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to a portion of Street Improvement No. 72-3.
