RESOLUTION NO. 72-30
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW ELECTION PRECINCTS IN
THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council to
establish new election precincts in certain areas of the
Village of Arden Hills,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
Village of Arden Hills as follows:
PRECINCT BOUNDRIES
~eclnct no. ~ boundries shall remain unchanged, Precinct
No. 1 boundries shall be changed as listed below, and new
Precinct No, 3 shall be established, all in accordance
with the following legal descriptions:
Precinct NO.1 All that portion of the Village
south of S.T.H. 96 except that portion of the
Village lying south of the MinneapOlis St. Paul SIt
Ste Marie RR west of Snelling Avenue.
Precinct No.2 All that portion of the Village
lying south of the Minneapolis St, Paul Sault Ste
Marie RR west of Snelling Avenue.
Precinct NOt ~ All that portion of the Village
north of S. . , 96.
POLLING PLACES DESIGNATED
The polling places for Arden Hills precincts shall be
as follows:
Precinct No.1 Village Hall
1450 W. Highway 96
Precinct No, 2
Lake Johanna Elem. School
3120 Lake JOhanna Blvd.
PreCinct NO.3 Village Hall
1450 W. Highway 96
Passed by the Arden Hills Council this lOth day of July, 1972
