RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO APPLY FOR CON-
VEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LANDS
TO THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA,
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the below described lands are tax forfeited and
therefor available to the Village for certain public purposes,
and,
WHEREAS, the Council believes that said land is desirous
for public purposes, and, therefore, desires to acquire said land
for said public purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE
VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS;
The Mayor and the Clerk Administrator are hereby
authorized to submit an application under Minnesota Statutes 282,01,
Sub. I. for a conveyance to the Village of Arden Hills of the follow-
Ing described lands for use for public purposes;
Auditor's Subdivision No. 80, Ramsey County Minn.
Subject to Lake Johanna Boulevard and(except
part West of a line parallel with and 33 7/10
feet West of the North and South * Section Line>.
the North 16 5/10 feet of the South 74 5/10 feet
of Lot 5
Code No. 25-0380-140-05
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills this
26 day of June, 1972.
