VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS
Resolution No. 72-28
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County
by resolution dated August 30, 1971, classified as nonconserva-
. tioD land, certain land lying within the limits of the Village
of Arden Hi lis, Code No. 25-0380-140-05.
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution
together with a list of the land classified has been submitted
for approval of the classification of the land classified in ac-
cordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the
land shown on said list as nonconservation land be and hereby Is
approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Vi I lage Clerk Administrator
be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this res-
olution in the Office of the Land Commissioner.

1972.
