Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Vill~ge Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
~
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450
West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22 day of
May, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Ol_en, Hollenlllorst, HeRderson and Herrick

and the following Were absent:

RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 and 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the Cour.ty Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including

installments thereof to be collected along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1969: and
.
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24,
1968, against the following described properties:

The Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Henderson
, and, upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all present
and the following voted against the same:
None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills of Ramsey
County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a
regular meeting of said village council held on the~ day
of May, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my
office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom, insofar as the same relates to apportionment of
assessments.
