Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
Village Cou.'c~.l of the Village of Ar'den Hills
Ramsey COtmty, Minnesota
Pursuant to due .call and notice thereof, a
Regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on
Monday
8th
day of May, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock

The follOWing members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick
and the following were absent:
None
Councilman
Henderson
then introduced and moved the
adoption of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 71-21
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
t'1A'l'ER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
WHEREAS pursuant to ado'eriisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said village,
said bids were received on May 5, 1972 at 11:00 o'clock A.M.,
opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authoriZed
and directed to enter into a contract with Dunkley SurfacIng Co.. Inc.
for $ 116.093.82
in the name of the
Village of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the
plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk
Administrator.

. 2. The Villa.ge Clerk Admln::'Rtrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bic1de:::-s the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have
been signed.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Olmen
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: All present
and the following voted against: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly pacsed and adopted.
