Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
Village council of the Village of Arden Hills
Ramsey Count.y, Minnesota
Pursuant. to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
t.he Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday,

The following members were present: i\1ayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Olmen, Henderson ~nd Hol I~nhorst
and the following were absent.: ,Gouncl-I man He rrl ck
Councilman Hollenhorst
introduced and moved the
adoption of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 72-20
RESOLUTION APPROVING PIANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
WHEREAS, pursuant t.o a resolution passed by the Village
Council on February 28, 197 2, Banister, Short, Elliott. and
Hendrickson have prepared plans and specifications for Water
Improvement NO. 72-1 and have presented such plans and specifi-
cations to the Council for approval.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bY TIm VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:
1. such plans ana specif1eations, copies of which are
attachea hereto, ana macie a part hereof, are hereby approvea.
2. The Village Clerk Administrator shall prepare ana cause
to be insertea in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper,
ana in the Construction Bulletin, an aavertisEllllent for bids
upon the making of such approve a plans and specifications.
The aavertisement for Water Improvement No. 72-1 shall be
published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done,
shall call for bias upon the basis of a cash payment for such
work. shall state that the bias will be opened and considered
by the Clerk Administrator ana Village Consulting Engineer at
II a.m. o'clock __me on May 5 ,1972, in the Village
Hall, that no bias will be consiaered unless sealea ana filed
with the Clerk Administrator ana accompanied by a cash aeposit,
certified check or bid bona payable to the Clerk Administrator
for ten per cent (10%) of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly secondea by Councilman Henderson
ana, upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor: JillA j~S€lM
and the following against: None
whereupon said resolution was aeclared duly passed and adopted.
