HomeMy WebLinkAbout72-012 -" -, , -, Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Arden Bills county of RamSey state of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, RamSey COunty, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Iobnday, the 28 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. day of Fehl""lI:=!1 "'y The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Counci ImenOlmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick and the following were absent: None Councilman Henderson introduced the following reso- lution and moved. its adoption: Resolution No. 1..:l.=..' ~ RESOLUTION llELATING TO APPORl'IONMENT OF ASSESSMEN'l'S llEIATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMEN'l' NO.2 BE IT llESOLVED by the Village COuncil of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the aSsessment roll for Sanitary sewer Improvement No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was filed and certified to the county Auditor of RamSey county, on November 8, 1961, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along'.with real estate taxes conunencing in 1962: and -, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary sewer Dnprovement No. 2 was held on July 16, 1962, at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the county Auditor of RamSey County, on OCtober 3, 1962: and . . WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners ~ and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter. The Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey COunty, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Coun ell man Ho II enhorst , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: a I I pre se n t and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
