Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
Village Councll
Village of Arden Hills
COunty of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey county,
Minnesota, was duly held in the V1l1age Hall at 1450 west Highway 96,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the
1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
Hollenhorst, Olmen, Henderson and Herrick

Councilman Henderson
introduced the following
resolution and I\IOved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village COuncil of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows;
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for li!lter Improvement No. 68-1 as
last finally adopted on OCtober 6, 1969, was filed and certified to
the COunty Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969 for the
purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along
with real estate taxes commencing in 1970: and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
. by previous property owners: and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey county requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
,
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collectea in the year 1970 ana thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village council of the Village of Ard.en

is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
auly seconded by Counci Iman Hollenhorst
. and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following votea in favor thereof: Mayor Crepeau,
Gouncirmen Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson and Herrick

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills, RamSey County, Minnesota,
do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of said Village Council,
held on the

thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and com-
plete transcript therefrom, insofar as the same relates to apportion-
ment of assessments.
