RESOLUTION NO. 72-9

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EXCAVATION PERMIT FEES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNIFORM BUILDING CODE FEE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED that the Counci I of the Vi I lage of Arden
Hills hereby establishes the fee schedule for excavation
permits requi red under Ordinance No. 150, Section 8.6, Fees,
be charged in accordance with the fee schedule listed in the
Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition, Volume I, as detailed
in Chapter 70, Section 7007, Excavation and Grading Fees.
Passed this 28 day of February 1972.
