Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the Village Council
Village of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the village Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ...2.!.. day of January, 1972,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present:
Olmen, Henderson and Herrick
Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen
and the following were absent: Councilman Hollenhorst
Councilman Henderson introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RElATING TO
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RElATING
TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was
filed and certified to the County Audtior of Ramsey County, on
November 8, 1961, for the purpose of including instal1mentsthereof
to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1962: and
WBE~S, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments
and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to sanitary
Sewer lmProvement No. 2 was held on July 16, 1962, at which time
. assessments for sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 were amended as
provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed
in the Office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on October 3,
1962: and

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property con-
tained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and
.
conveyed by previous property owners1 and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract
where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be
collected in the year 1963 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of october 12, 1961
and as amended as of July 16, 1962, against the following described
properties:

The village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Audtior of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by
Counci Iman Qlmen
, and, upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: all present
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey county,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of said
Village Council, held on the -2.!. day of January, 1972, with the
original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom, insofar as the same relates to
apportionment of assessments.
