RESOLUTION No.iJ-63
RESOLUTION RE NORTHWEST RAMSEY COUNTY IN-SERVICE POLICE TRAINING
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Vii lage Council of the Village of Arden Hil Is is the
gaverning body of the Village of Arden Hills, and
WHEREAS, the Vii lage Counci I of the Village of Arden Hills desires
to submit to the State of Minnesota, Governor's Commission on Crime
Prevention and Control, an application for participation in a grant
for Federal assistance, through the Law Enforcement and Assistance
Administration and under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets
Act of 1968, in a program developed by the Village of Roseville to
be known as the Northwest Ramsey County In-Service Training Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be IT Resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Arden Hil Is in Regular Meeting Assembled, hereby direct and author-
I ze Lt. Patrick Sexton, Pol ice Department. to support and assure the
participation of all pol ice officers on the Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis
Police Department in the proposed training program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced by Member Hol lenhorst and moved for adoption.
The motion for adoption was duly seconded by Member Herrick and,
upon a vote being taken thereon, the fol lowing voted In favor:
Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, Henderson Herrick
and the following against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
