RESOLUTION NO. 71-55
RESOLUTION AMENOING ASSESSMENTS FOR
FLORAL DRIVE WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1
.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
I. The proposed assessments for Floral Drive Water
Improvement No. 71-1 should be and are hereby amended as

2. I tis herelly found and determi ned by th i s Counci I
that the foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said
proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for
payment of the cost of said improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was made by Councilman Hollenhorst, and was duly seconded by
Counci Iman Henderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: All; and the following
voted against the same: None, whereupon said Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
I, the undersigned, being the duly quail fied and acting Village
Clerk Administrator of the Vi Ilage of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Council of said Village held on the 8th day of November
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the
same relates to Water Improvement No. 70-1.
