I, the undersigned Clerk Administrator of aforesaid
Vi Ilage do hereby certi fy that I have compared the following
copy of the Resolution of said Vi Ilage Counci I with the
original thereof, which is on file in my office, and that the
same is a true and correct copy of said original and of the
whole thereof, to wit:
