RESOLUTION RE PARTRIDGE SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the Partridge proposal to develop
a portion of the subject property with townhouses and condominiums
is approved as a concept, but no special use permit therefor will
be granted until detailed plans as provided by the Zoning Ordinance
and recommended by the Village planner and Village engineer are sub-
mitted to the Planning Commission and approved by the Council; pro-
vlded further that the Village Attorney must first approve the revision
to the subject area as conforming to the Zoning Ordinance procedure;
and provided that no present commitment of any kind is made by the
Council as to the proposed commercial development shown in the plan.
Passed by the Village Council this 13th day of September, 1971.
